Jeremy is a very nice guy who came out right away and completed blue prints for a door that was being added to a load bearing wall. I would highly recommend him for any job you need.

Jeremy is great, very helpful throughout the process, he answered any questions and made adjustments to plans when needed easily. He designed a beam system to create the open concept we were looking for and was creative and effective, Highly recommend.

Jeremy called my the same day that I made an inquire. His quoted costs seemed reasonable and he is easy to deal with. We are still in the middle of everything but he is a pleasure to work with.

Jeremy was extremely professional and efficient and was so amazing to work with!!! He literally called me the very night that I submitted a request for an engineer. Very impressive and would absolutely hire him again or refer him to anyone who needs a structural engineer.

This is all a preliminary site inspection. I thought he is knew his area. We set up steps to accomplish and then have plans drawn and submitted to the city and Homeowners Association.

Before getting any work done to your foundation: 1. Get a structural engineer to go out to look at your property. This is advice someone gave me. 2. Make sure that engineer is Jeremy. This is advice Iâ m passing on to you because he is amazing! Before I was told about getting a structural engineer, several people came out to look at the foundation, giving me an average quote of $20,000 though they never went under the house. Jeremy did go under the house and came out with dozens of photos. He showed, as well as told me, what was actually going on with the foundation. Later he emailed me a link to the photos and attached a summary of his observations. Heâ s polite, professional, meticulous, conscientious and knowledgeable. Heâ s very patient. Answered all of my questions. On top of that, heâ s really affordable. I donâ t often recommend people, but I highly recommend Jeremy.
