Very professional, they keep you updated throughout the process to let you know when the install will happen. They're very kind and easy to work with. They also don't force anything one you, they give you options and let you choose which way you want to go, but they will give you advice if you ask for it. Thanks Doug, Richard, and Diana

Doug arrived on time and repaired one blind. He took another one for factory repair and said I would have it back in 1 to 2 weeks. It was actually 4 weeks, but I think that the delay was with the factory not the local dealer. It would not have been a problem except that is is a blackout shade for our bedroom. Doug quickly installed it after it was repaired. The price seemed quite reasonable considering it took two trips.
Phone calls were answered or returned promptly. The lady who took the calls was very friendly and cooperative. The installer was also very nice to do business with.
I will use this company if I have needs for blinds or drapes or a repair.

Excellent. They came to the house. I ordered the shade. It was delivered in about 2 weeks and installed. I've had them install all my window coverings and they are great about coming back if a part breaks. They replace it at no charge.
