How did it go? Awful. Their system never actually worked. Also, we have a house and a casita. When I signed up with PFL, they agreed they agreed that this was "one" property, but subsequently billed me for two separate properties, despite the fact that this is one address, receiving one electric bill, one water bill, one phone bill, etc. After months of trying to get this resolved, I ultimately paid their fraudulent charges just to get these people out of my life. When I called to cancel, they hung up on me twice, which nicely encapsulates the degree of professionalism they bring to the job.
