We have worked with Chris on several of our projects in the Coachella Valley. He does good work, is very contentious, and has great design ideas. You do need to be patient with him sometimes. He works out of two states and is busy. We have never had a problem, but it takes time get big jobs done. He is worth the wait. He runs a quiet, clean and professional job site. No loud radios or obnoxious characters. When we are working in planned communities and Chris is on the job, we never worry about upsetting the neighbors.
