They sat down with us and brought out the catalog books. They helped us figure out what kind of valves we needed. They were extremely helpful and kind. They offered us drinks. They were really good at breaking down things because we didn't know what we needed or what it would look like at the end. It was very well done. They do a free lunch on Fridays.
