Problem was diagnosed quickly and job completed rather quickly - within 30 minutes. Gary, the technician, was friendly, polite, and extremely professional. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly as well as provide some good tips in using the air conditioning system efficiently. The courtesy call before his arrival was thoroughly appreciated, too! It was an overall EXCELLENT experience.

We wanted our A/C checked because even though the unit could be bigger, it never appeared to flow properly even on a and quot;cooler dayand quot; and never shut off. never!. Called our Warranty company to repair our A/C.
Long story short, Dove A/C came and checked and left. Since nothing was reported mechanically wrong with the A/C by Dove, our warranty company said nothing much could be done. Called Warranty company back because we felt that Dove's rush job, here and gone and quot;nothing mechanically wrongand quot; result wasn't to our satisfaction, they sent out a 2nd company; Home Air. Within the first 5 minutes, he found significant air leaks!! Once he patched it up, WOW, it was noticeable difference of air flow!! What a relief! Especially with 115+ temps just around the corner here in the desert, any bit helps. He even made a few recommendations that we definitely plan on doing!!
If the 2nd company had the same result, then I wouldn't be writing this. Dove did have good customer service, they were very prompt. But highly disappointed they didn't find the air leak and it confirmed the and quot;rushand quot; feeling we had when he was here.

It was absolutely excellent. We have used them several times, and they always do great work. Gary is very knowledgeable and friendly. We will continue to use them.
