Clark Hallren - Keller Williams

We were referred to Clark Hallren from a professional colleague for whom we hold great respect. She described Clark as an extremely professional and effective real estate agent who would be perfect for our needs. She was right. Clark Hallren was perfect!
Clark comes from the banking industry, where professionalism, attention to detail, intelligence, and working long hours are the expected norm. He clearly brings those attributes to his role as a real estate agent, and it was like a dream come true for us! 
What strike us most was his energy. He worked non-stop for several months for us, and never slowed down. Upon checking my email in the morning, invariably Clark would have written to us by 6 or 7am, usually with excellent detailed answers to our questions and follow ups to our search from the day before. And as someone who is incredibly organized, Clark would usually have detailed logistics and plans regarding our next search for the upcoming day.  
Clark was *always* available. It was like having a personal daily guide through the real estate buying process. We could always reach Clark within minutes, by either phone, text, or email. He was always available to answer every question we had, whether it was about the real estate process in California, or about building issues in Palm Springs, or about particular neighborhoods or properties we were interested in. Given his vast experience and knowledge of the market, he could usually answer our questions immediately but if not, he would find a way to get the answer to us very quickly. Clark was also ready and able to go with us to see properties almost whenever we needed him. On more than a few occasions, he actually drove back from one part of the valley that he had just left, simply to meet up with us to see yet another property we had found and were anxious to visit!
Finally I have to remark on his patience. Despite ultimately looking at over 40 houses in three different cities, and so many different areas, Clark never once expressed impatience nor pressured us in any kind of way to bid on a particular house. He was as happy to show us an extremely cheap foreclosure, as he was to show us a house for three times as much. He gave us his honest opinion, but he really respected ours. He always said if the right house was out there for us, we would eventually see it. And sure enough, we did see it!  
We LOVE the house we bought, and we know we got a fabulous deal because of how Clark handled the negotiation process. It turns out it was very much worth our time to wait and find our dream home. We are just very glad that Clark supported us every step of the way and gave this search as much attention as he would his own house purchase.
