They were good. The lady Sheryl Kappudi was the one who came out to the house and talked to me about the product. I was really impressed with her knowledge about it because I had spoken to couple of other companies first and I didn’t know anything about it when I started. But she was really thorough in layman’s terms and was able to explain to me the whole thing how everything worked and not pushy about it at all. She educated about it without really trying any kind of hard sell kind of situation. So I really appreciated her knowledge and ability to just come and sit and not to be hurried about sharing the information. The company sounded really professional. I liked them and the kinds of jobs they were working with which was lot of mighty job than what other companies gave. In that respect I considered their recommendation and then when I did it she was also well worst about all the rebates and take backs that were done at that time. So just the way she handles everything had a lot for me in going with the company. Then when they came out and did the installation it was exactly the same as she said it would be. Everything was very professional, very clean even though I cannot see but I could sense that they were really good about the installation and about explaining it. It’s neat and its put together clean and it doesn’t look messy. I think they used good quality materials and they seemed to take care that they do it right because they didn’t want to be coming back to mess with it. So far since I have had it everything seems to be working fine. There was couple of issues when CITI came and I called them as I think there were some small issues as it was not put the way CITI wanted. Then they came in the next day and put it the way CITI wanted and there was no hiccup in it which was really nice. I was really impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone.
