OBJECTIVE I was looking for a HERO Program friendly lender and was (fortunately) referred to Stephanie Billions by a manager at the HERO Program office in San Diego. I needed to do a quick refinance because my current lender was not on board with the HERO Program, and I was about to finance some new windows in my home using the HERO Program. I checked out Stephanie?s reviews online ? all 5 stars ? and immediately contacted her. I explained my situation, which she was very familiar with, and we started the mortgage refinance process. THE REFINANCE PROCESS Stephanie and her team at South Pacific Financial Corp in Rancho Cucamonga did an absolutely amazing job every step of the way. Stephanie?s in-depth knowledge of the mortgage business became apparent as she answered every one of the MANY questions I asked during the process in a very timely, polite fashion. She explained various details in an easy to understand manner. She was always available via text, voice and email, even a ?odd hours?. Even if she was in a meeting, she would let me know, then get back to me shortly. In fact, she was even on vacation for five days, but continued to answer my questions and monitor the progress. That ? is serious dedication to her profession. Stephanie explained to me how I could skip two house payments (hello!) if ? we could close by a certain date (read: very tight time window). Consequently, whenever information was needed from me, Stephanie or one of her team members would immediately inform me. And of course, I responded back typically in two hours or less with the required information. The entire refinance process was executed electronically, except of course the physical signing of the escrow docs at the end. We started process on July 17 2014 and funded the loan on Aug 12, 2014 ? 26 days total, two days ahead of the cutoff date necessary to skip two mortgage payments. Everyone on Stephanie?s professional team had a clear understanding of the time line, and responded accordingly to make this happen. And the mortgage package terms were very financially beneficial for me. CONCLUSION Stephanie Billions is a class act in the mortgage business, which sadly is riddled with flakey agents and a lot of BS. If you want the mortgage refinance process done correctly and efficiently in a timely manner, then Stephanie is your Go To Person. There is no doubt in my mind that we will be doing more business in the future.
