I was really dissatisfied with the quality of work this company performed. When this service came out to evaluate the flood, they removed all the padding in my carpet and lifted my carpet up. They placed the blower throughout my home, in which this did not help the situation. When I called with questions, the company did not respond. The company was to come out on a daily basis to check the blowers and to make sure everything was okay and they never came out.

SERVICE MASTER DID A GOOD JOB ON THE CARPET. THEY WERE ON TIME. REASONABLE PRICE.
