The two gentlemen that delivered the new stove were very prompt, in fact called to see if they could come earlier than scheduled. Once at my house they were very quick in the removal of the old stove and setting up the new one. Made sure everything was level and working well. Also made sure to ask if I had any questions about how it all worked and set the clock etc.
They were very knowledgeable about the product and just a couple of really pleasant guys.
