The provider left the oil cap off my car while doing an oil change.  They dented a flange inside the engine block that prevents splash back, it was a very poor experience.  I am never going back to this place.  They did a poor job with the oil change and general service.   They left the air filter cover off my car and it car was performing poorly and vibrating and making all kinds of noise for a couple days before I opened the hood and noticed that the cover was off.   One day when I was checking my oil and topping it off with the engine running, oil was splashing out of the engine block.  I wondered why and I looked in there and they had damaged a flange that prevents splash back from  the engine block.  I went back and talked to the provider and he was not that receptive.  I went in for tires, but they did an oil change and checked my air filter.  He was apologetic, but did not offer any concessions. I told him I was not necessarily looking for anything, just wanted to let them know that your service people do a poor job.  The provider said they were sorry  and that they would do better next time I came in.  I told him it was okay because I would never go back there.  I just wanted to let him know for his information.  If no one tells them, then they really don't know and they cant improve their service.  I just did not have any confidence in them after that.
