The popcorn ceiling removal was very good (though messy) with high quality painting of the now-smooth ceiling.  Room painting was moderate/poor in quality, done by single worker instead of a crew, and resulted in room paint with a number of defects which we are having fixed by another painting contractor

It went extremely well and I wasn't even here to make sure of it. I had the work done over the Christmas holiday while we were away. It was a surprise gift for my wife. Everything went off without a hitch and the work is very well done. I cannot think of anything I would have wanted to go differently.

Vince came out the same day to provide a quote and then his crew did the work 2 days later.  Quote was half another company offered for same job.  They came on time and did a good job.

Everythng went well. The workers came a half hour later than expected, but that was not a problem. They spent the time necessary to prepare the rooms which meant covering everything with plastic including the steps and sidewalk out front. After finishing the prep, they proceeded to spray the ceiling and scrape off the acoustic material. They then applied a texture coat, took down all the plastic, swept up and left. Since it was a Friday, they returned the next Monday and painted the ceilings, again covering everything with plastic to protect from drips. Everything was done professionally.

Vince was very proffesional. He showed up on time and spent time explaining the process. We got one other quote aside from his. His quote was the lowest by a good amount. The next day, his crew showed up to remove the popcorn and retexture. It took them about 12 hours. The next day the painters showed up, it took them about 7 hours. Everything went very smoothly. Great overall experience.

The owner of company did not recall his bid or who I was, an his workers did not show up on time for the two day job. The Painters job quality was good, however, they broke a light fixture and no telephone call was ever made by the owner to check on his workers work or to offer to replace light fixture. I was disappointed in the owners poor follow-up and attention to customer service.

I got 3 quotes for the work. Vince's quote was in the middle but not much more than the lowest quote. He quoted $350 to patch 4 holes and texture 6 small wall areas throughout the house. Between the time that Vince provided the quote and the day he was scheduled to perform the work, I had a ceiling fan installed and 2 exterior lights installed. This required cutting approximately 15 four inch square holes in the ceiling and walls. I called Vince and told him there was additional work. He showed up as promised and quoted me an additional $250 for the extra work. His willingess to take care of the extra work and not gouge me was a sign that he's an honest guy. He pointed out options for covering the 10 holes in the ceiling and allowed me to make decisions based on the outcome I wanted versus the price. We can't even tell where the original holes were. Great crew, great work, great cleanup!

They were on time, ensured that furniture and floors were covered, and things were cleaned up at the end of each day. The job was finished in a couple of days as quoted. I reported some blistering/bubbling thereafter, and they came back to fix the problem promptly.

They came in to do the work, however, they didn't use enough materials. For example, they only used 1 coat of paint and their was show through. I had to pay for the paint myself. So instead of having a complete job and covering everything like they were supposed to, they only went half way and thought that was ok.

Company gave us best of several estimates. They came out 2 days later and repaired the damage in one day. Workers were clean and professional, laying plastic and whatnot where necessary. Results look great. You cannot even tell where ceilings were patched. All work was paint ready. We were very satisfied with their work. Our only complaint was that they lost a door hinge and broke and electrical socket.

They were very prompt, reasonable and fair.

Vince was easy to work with and was punctual for both the estimate and afterwards when I met him to inspect the work and to pay him. This was important as I now live 75 miles from the property. The work looked great and they left no mess whatsoever. Work was done quickly and efficiently and price was very reasonable.

Work was done on the agreed date and was scheduled promptly after the bid was given. The ceiling was textured on the first day and the painting completed on another day. The area was cleaned up after the work. I was very pleased with the appearance of the ceiling. The texture was subtle which I prefer.

The crew arrived on time, removed or covered furniture, took down drapes, scraped the ceiling, and applied a skim coat. Upon completion, they removed all plastic and debris and replaced the furniture. They came back several days later to sand the ceiling smooth. They again removed or covered everything and cleaned up after they were done. They did not replace the drapes, as the ceiling still needs to be painted. I did not ask them to paint the ceiling.

Vince and/or his crew were prompt, on time, and responded to my phone calls and/or concerns in a timely manner. However, just trying to fix an over spray problem in the master bedroom, became such a problem that it went beyond frustrating to being a complete joke. How does a painter decide to paint an eggshell bedroom wall with semi gloss, without contacting the customer, much less his boss! No matter how nice Vince was, the fact is that his painter represents his company and after the third come back, the problem got worse rather than better. When he came back to repaint the semi gloss to an eggshell. He decided to paint it satin in stead. I am completely frustrated, and decided to repaint my master bedroom myself just to avoid letting his, "so called" problem fixer, back into my house.

THE CREW WORKING AT OUR HOUSE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY STARTED AT 7AM AND WERE DONE BY 5PM. WE HAD BEAUTIFUL TEXTURED CEILINGS BY THE END OF THE DAY. THE HOUSE WAS SPOTLESS WHEN THEY WERE DONE.

I RECEIVED A GOOD VALUE FOR THE PRICE. THEY PROVIDED QUALITY WORKMANSHIP. THEY WERE VERY NEAT WHERE SOME PLACES ARE NOT. THEY DID A GOOD JOB CLEANING UP.
