Dave charged $105 to come out and assess a problem with my
spa. He said this fee will also go toward the replacement parts needed for the
repair. A week later he said he received the replacement part and said he would
be out to finish the repair and the balance would be around $50 dollars. Well,
he never showed up. After about a week of trying to get a hold of him he agreed
to reschedule. Again, we waited and he never showed up. I have since been
trying to get a hold of him but he refuses to answer my calls. I have tried all
of his phone numbers with no success: 909-483-3998, 909-483-9592, 909-543-8900.
This whole process has taken several weeks and I have nothing to show for it.
If he wasn't interested in performing the service he should
have just said so from the beginning and I would have called someone else, and
I would probably have a functional spa by now. Now I need to start from scratch
again with a new service company.
An online search reveals similar stories from Dave's other
customers. Unfortunately I didn't read them until it was too late.
UPDATE: Dave finally contacted me about a week after my initial review and finished the job. He apologized and said he was out of town and couldn't return my call. He offered no discount for the delay and lack of communication.
