Kevin Piero is wonderful to work with, and you're lucky to have him work in your home:

The original garage had holes in the stucco, rotten paneling, exposed framing & wiring.
Everything was gutted and replacement framing installed where required. A new electrical panel & wiring; plumbing access & sink was installed; "kitchen" cupboards & counter installed (with fridge & microwave); wall to wall to ceiling insulation (including a new insulated garage door) and drywall; floor was evened out & epoxy covering applied; new lighting; indoor/outdoor sound system (with in-wall ipod dock); and storage shelving.
Additionally, as part of the service a few other small miscellaneous jobs were completed such installing a ceiling fan in a bedroom, repairing cracks in the sidewalk.

Kevin came out and gave a estimate and started the work the next day, he showed up on time and finished on time, with no extra cost and was very professional and cleaned up during and after all the work was completed.
