We have 2 diesel trucks. So far we've been real happy with service there. The price has been reasonable. They call when they say they are going to call. Everything is clean and done well.

They are open on Sundays. That is why I picked them. I was able to get in and out without having them to keep my car for days. I am giving them a B rating because they were a little bit unorganized.

The price is actually lower than a lot of the other people. The ratio of money to trust is kind of what makes me keep going back to them 'cause they're very reliable. I don't feel they're ever trying to work me or scam me and they get the job done. Their price is very competitive. It's a little lower than the mechanics around here.

They were able to pull the car in immediately and get it done. They seemed very professional about it. Everything was fine and done correctly. I would absolutely recommend them. They were very responsive. I will absolutely use them again.

Overall it was a good experience. I don't think they "piled on" charges or repairs which is my biggest concern when I go to any auto repair service station. The only reason I didn't rate them higher is that while everything went smoothly, I see an excellent rating as outstanding customer service and while they were good I wouldn't say I was supremely impressed by their customer service. I also think the rates were a tad higher and I didn't like having to pay $45 for the computer diagnostics for the engine light even though I got a several things fixed with them.Camr

I didn't get a call like they indicated, so I called them at 8:30pm asking what was up and they told me the A/C guy left for the day and needed to work on it the next day. (Thanks for NOT calling..??) I called back at noon the next day and the guy I spoke with, supposedly one of the managers in the Service group, had no idea what was going on with my truck, just that it was sitting there on the test station for A/C... (not the first time they had no idea what was going on with my truck, just the last time I will take it there...) So, the guy said he would check into it and call me. They called like 10 minutes later and said the truck was ready for pickup. Ok, fine, went in, paid and then as I was driving away the wiper fluid light went on again!! So, I drove back and the guy took a look and said it was not filled, so he filled it. I then asked him to check the oil and he said it was low. I asked if it looked clean as though it was just changed? No, it didn't!!!! They didn't change the oil or check the fluids!!! What kinda of garbage service is this?? I give a big fat "F" for their service, responsiveness, professionalism, and punctuality. They did complete the work while I waited and offer me a free oil change on my next visit, but I am still not sure I want to take them up on it. For the peace of mind I may just take it elsewhere and pay!
