Fountain Service, Pool and Spa Servicing
THE EXPERIENCE STARTED OUT GREAT. THE SALES PERSON WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL BUT I LATER FOUND OUT SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT. SHE QUOTED ME A SALES PRICE THAT THE OWNERS SAID WAS TOO LOW, BUT VERY GRUDGINGLY HONORED. SHE HAD THE WRONG EXPLANATION OF THE COLOR TILE I WANTED AND I HAD TO CHANGE IT. I WAS TOLD EVERYTHING WOULD BE DELIVERED IN 3 WEEKS AND IT TOOK 3 MONTHS. THE TABLE AND FOUNTAIN COLOR WERE SUPPOSED TO MATCH, BUT AFTER THREE CHANGES THEY STILL DIDN'T. THE UMBRELLA DIDN'T FIT INTO THE HOLE IN THE TABLE AND I ENDED UP RETURNING IT AND THE OWNERS WERE VERY RUDE AND RELUCTANT TO REFUND MY MONEY.
