I'm very glad I took advantage of offer, my fears of my laptop being infected by viruses was put to rest. Was surprised as to the length of time it took but that shows a in depth scan was preformed. With the suggestions made, my laptop now performs as when I purchased it new.

Things with very well. I gave the tech remote access. He then took over. Asked a number of questions to understand the problems I was having. Because my system hadn't been cleaned in more than a year it took a few hours. I left and upon my returned things were done. I have used Neuron Computer Services for many years after a referral from another small business owner. Since that time more than 6 years ago. I've relied on Neuron(Kevin and team).

They started the project okay, but didn't provide clear information on what was to be done. I had to ask questions to get a good picture of when it would start and what I could or could not do while they were working on my computer. After they completed their work, they arranged for a daily process where the clean up (compressing the files, I think) would continue until it was completed. No instructions provided, I had to ask questions again. The process is still going on altho I plan to stop it soon.

We are sorry instructions were not clear for you, as we always strive to make the remote session experience pleasant, easy to understand, and efficient. The day we did the session for this client was a particularly busy one, and our techs were multi-tasking between several client machines. We continue to streamline our processes to try to make each session pleasant and easy to understand. There are still some factors out of our control such as speed of Internet, speed of computers, or the age of the computer that might extend remote sessions or our online backup service to take longer than anticipated. Went well, except that my computer was older and it took longer to clean. Very Professional service and both the tech and owner had the joy of trying to work on my machine! Would definitely use them again. Only advise, if you do this, plan on spending at least a couple of hours for them to work you machine, max time.

We called to make an appointment, and, as it turns out, Pete was able to help us same day. English isn't my husband's first language and he doesn't understand computers all that well (and happens to download a lot of stuff from the internet that is more than likely infected with viruses). Pete was very patient, and worked for a few hours remotely to rid my husband's computer of many many viruses. He remained very kind, professional & patient as my husband struggled to explain what was wrong and follow Pete's directions (which were quite clear). He did a terrific job and made some changes and suggestions so that this computer doesn't get in trouble again. I really am understating just how patient Pete was. Thank you very, very much for your help.

Everything went well with initial communications. I gave them remote control of my commuter, and after they finished, my PC was functioning normally, although still a little slow. My only complaint is that I have never gotten a report on what they found or what they did.

I cannot say enough good things about Kevin and his team. They are extremely responsive and competent. There rarely is an IT related problem because their server in the cloud system is very reliable. But if there is a problem, they are on top of it right away. There are enough sources of stress running your own business. If you have Kevin in charge of your IT support, at least you will have no stress from computer or IT issues.
As for the cost, Kevin's services cost a lot less when compared to others, especially when compared to the large computer services companies. When considering costs, make sure to compare apples to apples. For example, my server in the cloud includes daily off-site backup. Most other companies charge extra for this.

He answered my e-mail promptly and made arrangements to access my computer and all went well.

We require large amounts of memory for our software programs and run 2 different types of businesses. Neuron Computer Services has provided a variety of services for us over the years: hard drive, video card, printer issues, software, backup programs, security protection, etc. They've always found solutions and given us options. We appreciate their professionalism and timely responsiveness so we haven't had down time.
We prefer Neuron Computer Services because of their experience, professionalism, and timely responsiveness (compared to large retail companies where there seem to be a large turnover of inexperienced people who don't resolve issues quickly.)

We were in the market for upgrading our home computer and contacted Kevin Sipma He gave us his recommendations for a new computer after listening to what we needed. He did not ry to sell something to us that did not meet our needs.
Kevin showed up on time for the installation and was able to move our current files from old computer to the new computer quickly and without losing any information. He also took our old computer to clean up and update so that we could give it to our daughter. He also made recommendations for a faster internet service.
Kevin has always been accessible by text or e-mail if we have had any questions or issues.
Kevin also is our IT person for an office that I managed. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of the services that were needed in our office. With 4 offices and many computers networked together, that task could be daunting to anyone, but Kevin could always troubleshoot the issue and resolve the problem in a timely manner.

Excellent. System is clean, runs fast and now have a daily backup of files offsite. I am a business owner and I have had Neuron Computer Service now for 2 years help me with my computers. To date I have had them install 2 SSD drivers, setup 3 new systems, install daily offsite backup services and improve my WIFI system. Without a doubt the best computer service in the business. We have been working with Kevin for years. As far as I've known him, he has always been there when we need IT help in any way. Setting up new computers, program updates, and remote sessions for troubleshooting. We have Kevin come in our office weekly to keep us moving. Always on time and willing to work with us on just about any computer issue, business or personal. Highly recommended for all IT solutions.
