MIJAC ALARM

The salesman was very nice and as a woman, I didnt feel pressured at all. The technicians were really nice and explained how to use everything. I love having the app on my phone so I can arm the alarm after my cleaning lady leaves in the middle of the day. The staff in the office is very nice, every time I call they are friendly and always help if there is something I have a question about.

Less then 4 hours after the install we had our first problem with bad batteries in the wireless sensors. Since then we have had at least 7 service calls in less then 6 months. Multiple false alarms, programming problems, equipment failures and broken promises. Some of their follow up has been good, some very poor. Many unreturned phone calls, including two left for the owner. Some of the service techs have been great, others not so, and they do seem to be trying but we're still having issues, including another new issue 2 hours after they left this morning for the latest service call. Also takes them several days to make a non-emergency service call, and told mentioned during the last call that it was because we are so far away. We're in Placentia, about 30 minutes from their office. The distance wasn't a problem when they came out for the sales call.

BECAUSE WE HAVE KNOWN THEM PERSONALLY, THEY HAVE PROVIDED EXCELLENT SERVICE OVER THE YEARS. THEY HAVE BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND THEY ARE VERY TRUSTWORTHY.

NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS, ON TIME WHEN NEEDED. RECOMMEND TO ALL BUSINESSES.
