Mark's AC Services

He arrived at the scheduled time. He turned on the unit and then went on the roof. While he was up there, he found a condensate drain that had been knocked down and placed it correctly. He checked the filter and determined that it didn't need to be replaced at this time. He checked the temperature in my home to be sure the unit was cooling correctly. He checked that the unit was in good condition and the Freon level was good. He gave me suggestions about how to keep the unit working correctly and economically.
Mark had replaced my old air conditioning system several years ago. He recommended a smaller unit because of the size of the air ducts. It is much more energy efficient and my bills in the summer have been much lower.

The service went okay although I was a little disappointed that he does not specify a service charge until he gets there. The work was good.

He was very good. I had an appointment scheduled elsewhere, but he was willing to wait for me to come home from that appointment, so that he could assist me. He was very nice and knowledgeable. And he made sure everything worked okay before he left.

Prior to December, Marks AC Service has installed Heating & Air-conditioning units in two duplexes and another house that we own. We have also hired them in the past to do install Heating & AC units in my mother in law’s house. I’ve been pretty pleased with their prices overall. Mark from Marks AC Service seems to be a very ethical person. He is very responsive and very fair. He does what he says he will do.

My air conditioning went out in the summer when it was in the 90's. I got Mark's AC as a referral from a good friend who had just used his services to put central heating and air conditioning in her home. He evaluated the problem and actually recommended a smaller unit than he was replacing. He did an excellent job and he and his workers took care of everything, including testing the new unit, in a timely manner.

Work was completed quickly and thoroughly. Everyone was courteous and neat. Mark made sure that the work was done to code and came back as needed to meet the city inspector and make sure that the duct testing was done. We have used Mark for other heating and air conditioning jobs and have always been very satisfied with his work.
