It's so nice to find a company that tells it like it is.
From the moment my wife and I walked into the showroom we were given facts that we need to make a good informed purchasing decision.
No games, no high starting price with lenghty negotiations. No pushing us into a particular brand.
We were a month away from being able to make the purchase due to having new windows being installed first.
There was no pressure to buy and the price was the same when we called back to order the carpet.
The owner came out to measure on a Sunday morning and was helpful and informative.
We put our deposit down and scheduled the install to be done in 2 weeks.
They called to confirm appointment a few days before coming out.
The day of install 3 workers showed up on time and were courteous and professional.
I had woke up really early and decided to tear out all of the old carpet and pad before they arrived so all they had to do was final prep on the floor and lay pad and carpet. I also repaired a few squeaky areas upstairs.
They were able to complete all of the work in one day.
I highly recommend that you do business with this company.
We will be using them again for our kitchen and bathroom remodels.

Excellent! Koko and his team are not only real professionals but very nice people (they love dogs, and the installers put up with my cat). I had real trouble choosing flooring, and Koko was patient with me needing some extra samples to look at, and even helped me figure out which laminate to use given the style of my house. Luis and Emilio, the installers, definitely knew their stuff, and made every effort to make sure I could still function in my house while they were working. They did the work quickly and well and started and finished when they said they would.

I found Laminate Flooring on Angies list...called Koko and discussed my needs for flooring...came down to his show room and looked at some samples. Next day Koko came to the house and measured all areas. He gave us good advice for choosing materials and suggestions for our radiased stair steps. We choose our product and our materials were ordered. Next week his installers came out (Emilio and Luis). They worked very hard to tear out our existing flooring, prep the area for the new flooring and installed our new material. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of their work. Emilio is a true craftsman, he is a perfectionist. I had a strong feeling they would do a great job from my conversation with Koko and they exceeded my expectations! The radiased stairs was truly a custom installation and we are so glad that Emilio did our job! If you have a floor that you want installed to perfection you want these guys doing the work. They are hard working and humble and honest. You will not find a better team in my opinion.

My client needed new flooring for their home so gave them Laminate Floor's number. They were pleased from the start with the professionalism of Koko, who performed the estimate. He educated them about his products and what would work best based on their needs. The installers did a great job. They showed up on time and did exactly what was expected out of them. They have their own installer which is a plus and the owner (Koko) called several times for update on the progress.

My wife and I were shopping around quite a bit at laminate floors. We looked at major retailers as well. We were looking for a specific look and wanted to stay within a specific budget.
What stood out at Laminate Floors was the fact that it was a family owned business that had been around for 30 years and that their primary source of customers came from referrals. They were very friendly and very attentive to our requests. They took their time showing us different samples and answered all questions completely.
The owner came to our home and personally gave us an estimate. He explained how long it would take and the floor was being installed within 48 hours. It took 3 days to complete, just as he said. The installation was flawless. I noticed one board that had been scatched but when I went to bring it up later in the day, it had already been removed and replaced.
They were very professional and the floor came out terrific. You could tell that they pride themselves on a quality finished product because it showed.

They have done four houses in our street, and they have done all professionally, that's why I love them.

I told them what I was looking for and they knew exactly what we needed. They did not try to sell us more or less, they gave me options and they were not pushy. They were a pleasure to work with. Koko's installers were very professional, cleaned up their mess and very respectful. Koko kept in contact, and he is always available for any concerns or questions you have. I will definitely use them in the future. The web address given is incorrect it should be (rcqualityflooring.com) We did get estimates from Lowes, price was a little cheaper but the installers they used did not have the same professionalism, also tried Empire Today, the salesman that came to our house did not want to sell us laminate trying to push for something more expensive, he didn't even bring out his samples or try to work with us. I HIGHLY recommend "Laminate Floors", they will work with you and give you the best possible deal for your budget.

It is absolutely beautiful. His price was little bit lower than others. The quality of the tiles is better; they are larger and thicker. I would absolutely use them in the future.

I took a quote that I had from another provider, the company people saw the quote and said they would take $200 from the quote. It's a really good place to do business. They kept us informed of what was going on day to day. We had massive $3200 square feet and I got the whole downstairs, the master bedroom and the walk area done. It took about three days with the work and they did our master bedroom first with the laminate flooring. The people who worked for us were really good. I would absolutely recommed them to others. I have had a three year old and they provided us with the right carpet for a three year old. Then we have had three dogs so they gave us pet friendly and child friendly carpet. In terms of responsiveness, the manager from where we bought would call us and drop by when he could to check on how everything was coming up and answered any questions that we might had. He made sure it had been installed properly or if we wanted to do it in a different way. I would absolutely use their services again in the future.

They do great work! The owner is very personable and bilingual. They were on time and cleaned up very nicely. After the work was done, the owner came to my house to check the quality and clear up anything that he didn't think was done just right. He didn't find anything wrong!

They were having a sale, so I went in to see what was available on Sunday, Oct. 3. Found exactly what I liked and that afternoon, he came out and measured areas and gave me a price that included labor, materials, and tax. Arrived on time and ready to work on Wednesday, Oct. 6. This first day, they took out the old hardwood floors, sanded the slab and insured it was level, cleaned the area and laid the pad and laminate flooring in the kitchen/family room. They cleaned up area and neatly stored their tools in my garage for the next morning. Again, they arrived right on time and began working immediately. They spend the day taking out the hardwood floors from the entry, hall (and closet) and 1/2 bath. Again, they sanded the glue off the slab, cleaned it, laid the pad, laid the laminate and the moldings. They picked up and cleaned the debris from the yard and garage and hauled it away. They left my house and yard picked up and clean. They were very personable and professional. They didn't waste any time, but worked very hard. When in doubt, they asked me what I preferred. In fact, the second day, the owner stopped by to check on the job. I very much appreciated that. It was a very good experience and I will definitely use them again.
