RUN. Do not use this company. Unprofessional Installers, sloppy and messy work. They will tell you that you n have to pay extra to fix the mistakes they made. Salesmen are crooks and don’t care once that contract is signed. Job took way longer than promised and had to order more material that should have already been there. We have gotten the run around and good luck talking to someone who isn’t on vacation every time you call! Worse company ever.

Work started later than was originally stated to us. Laminate installer first to be followed by carpet 3 days later.  Laminate installer had young assistant that did not have the proper skills to do this type of work. I observed him installing sections of flooring only to have lead person tear out and redo three different times. This is when I should have stopped work.  On third day of installing laminate, lead person got into an argument with another crew member. I then contacted store where we purchased and told my salesman to come to our home and get this cleared up. He arrived shortly after and stayed for couple of hours. The worker had left the jobsite before salesman showed up.
After job completed wife and I noticed flaws in the work, both the installation and materials used. Calls to have work repaired started May 23rd to sales office. Because of upcoming Holiday no other calls were done until first week in June to Customer Service.
 Customer service sent person on 6/20. This person looked at problems and would handle and get back to me with date. Repair person called 7/8 stating material ordered to repair was wrong will reschedule. Called 7/10 had right material waiting for crew to finish present job. I called 7/17 to see what delay was. Sales office to call their GM. Work rescheduled for 7/24. Installer called night before said he had knee surgery and wanted to reschedule again. Wanted to be present to make sure crews did repairs correctly. Cust. Sv called 7/29 said new material was wrong color need to reorder.  I called sales office 8/1 to inquire about delays.  On 8/7 customer sv called  still not happy with new material that was just received again. These calls went on and on until the work was completed 8/19. The repairs to the mouldings and floor planks were completed,  crew did good job. However repairs to baseboards that I felt were installed incorrectly were not done. Cust. Sv told me because of the imperfections in my walls they would not repair. That this should be done by Painters. Painters looking at this said the work was sloppy and not done correctly not because of walls. I am paying extra to have others do the repairs. I have told family and friends not to use this company as a matter of fact we had our daughters house completely done with new carpet and vinyl by another. The frustrations that we encountered to get repairs done was not worth it.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS SO AWESOME! MOHAMMAD WAS THE BEST SALESPERSON TO WORK WITH. HE WAS VERY THOROUGH AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE INSTALLERS CAME ON TIME AND WERE FINISHED WITH THE JOB AS PROMISED. MANY INSTALLERS AT ONE TIME MADE THE INSTALL GO VERY QUICKLY. I WAS WORRIED ABOUT THE NEW PAINT ON OUR WALLS BEING RUINED, BUT I COULDN'T TELL THAT THEY HAD BEEN THERE. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR CARPET AND WOULD RECOMMEND LA CARPET TO A FRIEND.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS OKAY. THEY OVERMEASURED OUR FLOORING BY THREE HUNDRED SQUARE FEET PASSING THE COST ON TO US. THE INSTALLATION WAS AVERAGE AND SOMEWHAT UNTIDY.

THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGHER THAN I EXPECTED. THEY CAME IN AND DID THEIR JOB AND CLEANED UP THEIR MESS BEFORE THEY LEFT. THEY WERE RIGHT ON THE TIME, SO I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. I WOULD DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

THEY WERE FAIR. I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT SOME THINGS, BUT OVERALL IT WAS OKAY. THEY DIDN'T DO A VERY GOOD JOB OF INSTALLING THE CARPETING. I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK. ONCE THEY HAD COMPLETED IT AND FIXED IT, WE WERE HAPPY.

IT WAS FINE. THE GUY CAME OUT TO MEASURE. WE WENT OUT TO THE SHOWROOM AND PICKED OUT WHAT WE WANTED AND PRETTY MUCH WENT FROM THERE. IT WAS A VERY SMOOTH TRANSITION.
