I was referred to Kelly by a friend. We met on Wednesday, he gave me an incredibly reasonable quote for service and then scheduled the work for two days later, Friday. His willingness to schedule quickly allows me to continue renovating the house including the timelier scheduling of my painter. His excellent pricing helps me to stay within my overall renovation budget.
Kelly and his crew arrived exactly when promised. They spent the first hour laying-down and taping the protective plastic sheeting. They were diligent in protecting our personal possessions, carpets and furniture. They divided their efforts in different rooms but were still able to coordinate activities so that no room was lagging any other. They came with all of the machinery, tools and materials necessary to perform the work. They never had any downtime because of runs to the nearest home center. The crew was obviously comfortable with each other and they worked efficiently together. I could hear the team lead give instructions and pointers to the two youngest people. It was clear that the people respected their lead and each other and that contributed to their efficiency. They worked diligently and from start to finish including prep and clean-up work, the entire job only took 5 1/2 hours.
When the work was nearly done, Kelly walked me through the house. He answered my questions and then provided good recommendations for my painter. This was a fantastic experience! I highly recommend Kelly and his team for anyone considering removing an acoustic ceiling.
