Furniture - Sales
My girlfriend and I purchased a custom sofa and were promised a 3 week delivery date. after five weeks the store wont even call me back. I paid one half of the purchase price down and now have to back charge my credit to get my money back, this is the worst furniture store ever, when I called the store they explained that the owner joel rarely comes into the store and there is no manager to speak of, an employee john, is the one who was supposed to be helping me but has not returned my calls after 5 attempts. The address on angies list is not the current location, they are now located on central Ave in montclair.
