He's a primary care physician and he seems to know about everything and if he doesn't then he'll get you a referral to who you need to go see. He spends time with you and answers questions. He's an excellent doctor. The staff is great. They always greet you and they are very friendly. If you ask them to do something for you they'll do it for you. Everybody seems to have a really good relationship with them. He spends time with you and answers all of your questions. He could be a few minutes late but that is because he takes the time to talk to people.

He is by far, hands-down, the best doctor I have met. I have been seeing him for twenty years. Every Friday he has a prayer group with all those employees and his patients are welcome to participate. They close down on Friday for the prayer group and if someone is ailing badly, he will say a good prayer for them. He cares about people. He is not a money grabber. If a person can't pay and they need his help, he will. As far as I am concerned, the man walks on water. If he can't figure it out, he will not rest until the medical problem is figured out. He will send you to people that specialize in that problem, and then he follows up with the doctor, on his own to see to it that his patient is doing fine. He does not have a secretary calling; he follows up on his own with”how is my patient doing, what's going on”. He will go to the point where he will get a release of medical records on his patient to find out how his patient is doing. He is just that good. He cares. The only thing I don't like with his practice is that if you get an appointment at one O' clock, you will be lucky to see him by three. He is available all the time but because he does not leave his patients with, “I don't know”. He just won't, it filters down to the next patient who is waiting for him. He just will not give up until it is resolved. He is not just going to say”take a few of these and call me in the morning” and move on to the next guy. If it takes three times as long in the room of running tests or whatever, so be it. Getting in to see him is very, very difficult but if you want to have whatever is ailing you over with right then, then that is the man you go talk to. He is South Korean, born and bred here, so there is no accent at all. He explains everything in the minute detail of what that particular disease, infection, or problem is before he moves forward. If he doesn't have the expertise, he won't just wean it, he would say, “this is out of my field of study and I can give you a list of people I went school with that are in that field of study, that I know personally, and stay in touch with.” He will even get on the phone make the appointment for you and not push it off to his girls to do it, because as far as he is concerned, if he puts it out to one of his girls, it may not get done properly. He is very, very adamant. You can die unless you get permission to die.
