 + -1 moreTHE SMOOTHIE ELITE WAS NOT A GOOD MACHINE, BUT THE PEOPLE AT J.C. PENNY WAS REALLY NICE ABOUT IT AND I HAD TO TAKE IT BACK 3 TIMES. NOW I'M HAPPY WITH THE ONE I HAVE, THEY DID A GOOD JOB AFTER IT WAS REPAIRED, NOW IT WORKS GOOD.
Description of Work: I PURCHASED A SMOOTHIE ELITE BY BACK TO BASICS (APPLIANCE) AND IT DID NOT WORK, TOOK BACK, THEY GAVE ME ANOTHER ONE. THAT DIDN'T WORK, SO THEY REPAIRED IT.
