This company was brought in from the insurance company. Contacting them was very difficult, follow up was **** poor, and the manager even hung up on us during discussion. It started out rough when we keep trying to schedule them to come out and start the water mediation. It got to the point where they finally told us the night before that they would be coming in the morning. Once the mediation and demo was completed, we received a final estimate from the insurance company. This Haven then decided on their own to come in and start the repairs based on the estimate with out communicating with us. One of the issues we had was that we did not want the popcorn added back to the ceiling. This was communicated to the insurance adjuster who stated that we do not have to have that put back on if we do not want it. It was also communicated to Haven not to put the popcorn back on the ceiling. Haven went ahead it and added then wanted to get paid to remove it after they made the mistake. We had asked them to stop all work until we get things cleared up with the insurance company and Haven agreed. They sent someone out the next day to continue working. We had to shut them down and send them away. When we tried to discuss this with them the owner (boss) got very frustrating. Wouldn't listen to what we had to say and even hung up on us. He did call back 10 mins later with the project manager overseeing the project. But again would not listen to us and became combative. Even after we told them the conversation was over and they were not to finish the job, they still wanted to argwith us. I told him several times the conversation is done and we are going to move on from them, they still wouldn't listen and wanted to argue. We will never use them again. Completely unprofessional. We will also be filling a complaint with the BBB and the insurance company. Worst experience ever.

I would highly recommend this company. I had them clean my house for 2 years and was very satisfied with their work. I consider myself quite picky with cleaning services and have used 2 other companies in the past which were OK. Haven Cleaning staff were courteous, and timely at the house. Communication was always good with the office staff as well.

It went great. The gals did a thorough job. And I used to be an apartment cleaning lady in college! The good thing about Haven is they are flexible. I like ammonia to be used on my floor, rather than their floor cleaner. They're ok with that. If, for some reason, we do not want our home to be cleaned, ie. sickness, vacation etc., they readily reschedule. I think their pricing is very reasonable.

We're satisfied with their work: Our home is clean, and well-cared for by the crew. The crew and the management place a high value on communication to compliment their good work; we are routinely asked for our input, and for any areas of our home to receive special attention. Along those lines of communication, when holidays drop on on the routine day of the week, we've collaborated to adjust the next possible date for housecleaning. Usually, we've discovered by asking 4-6 weeks in advance, Haven has been able to accommodate our request to change from our bi-weekly service. All in all: We're very satisfied with the quality of their work.

The team was responsive and punctual. However, cleaning lasted 5 hours and upon checking work, the windowsills were still dirty and spiderwebs were present. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this company largely in part because another team of two women came to clean my house I’m currently vacating (it is three times bigger) and did a phenomenal cleaning job in less time, ensured all visible areas were addressed, and charged $75 less. I don’t feel I received the best service for the time spent and money paid on Haven Restoration and Cleaning.

Great friendly employees who were prompt, professional and were not in my way. Took a few hours each time because of how much needed to be done and still needs to be done. I am a disabled Veteran who was and is helping his dad also a disabled Veteran. I cannot express in words the help that they provide. I almost died due to severe Pancreatitis and they were right there knowing that I could not even pick up a broom or wash a dish because I was so weak. They have seen me recover and am still getting better but, I will always have them come back when I need them. God bless you Haven for your help and the owners as well.

They were cleaning the house professionally with no water stains left, puncture, and rubbed out the stains patiently to make the cupboards look great again. I will hire them again and highly recommend them

I have purchased the cleaning package with this company several times, and they are great. My house always looks amazing after they are done. Every time they have come out, it was always two people cleaning and they were always prompt and on time. They also thoroughly cleaned everything and were very efficient with their time. I would definitely recommend their services for a good cleaning and a fair price.

Linda (one of the company managers) has been extremely helpful in working with our need to get our home ready for house guests. She worked us conveniently into her schedule, despite it being a last minute request. The ladies she sent to clean our home have been pleasant and efficient. I do recommend this company. (The cost for their services is also somewhat more affordable than at least one other company I almost hired.)

When I initially looked around it appeared that they had done a through job however over the next few days I found that there were some areas that were not dusted and the blinds were not thoroughly cleaned. They also left a couple rags around the house, one of them was damp and was left on a book. Also we found a broken blind after they had gone.

Cleaners arrived on time and I explained to them the areas I wanted cleaned. Two story house with the bottom floor needing the kitchen, 1 bathroom 5 sets of blinds cleaned and floors mopped. Upstairs needed 2 bathrooms 6 sets of blinds cleaned and the floors mopped. After 4 hours (8 man hours) only the upstairs had been cleaned. Both cleaners worked side by side upstairs for the entire 4 hours. 8 hours of labor for $242 to clean 2 bathrooms, 6 sets of blinds and mop the floors. The cleaner apologized for not finishing, but I feel like they should have known ahead of time that they wouldn't be able to finish instead of just leaving half of my house not cleaned. I could understand if the house was excessively dirty, but it was just a simple spring cleaning. The upstairs is clean, but now I'm left to finish the rest of the house on my own.
