From the moment, I contacted Hailo Flooring, I had a great experience. The estimate went up and down because I couldn't decide on the exact flooring option since I was looking for an exact color/style. 
But, Ryan, Kyle and rest of the team finished in 3 days right before Christmas! They were great at updating the work and any costs that came up. They didn't hide any extra costs and were upfront from the beginning. In terms of labor, I think they are priced lower than other companies in the area. 
Will definitely recommend them to others

Ryan came out to measure the following day after our call. Later, we met him back at his shop to select the carpeting. He had preselected several choices based on our earlier conversation. His choices were perfect and we ordered the carpeting that day. About two weeks later, the carpet was installed. Our contractor had removed the old carpeting and neglected to save the old closet guides. When the installer brought this to my attention, he suggested that could pick up replacements at any hardware store and that they were easy to install. Later in the day I went back to Hailo to pay the balance due and I mentioned the outstanding closet guide issue. Ryan and Kevin offered to come back to make the fix the following day - free of charge. They did not have to do this and it was really very helpful - one less thing to worry about. Overall the experience was OUTSTANDING. Great service and quality and at a price that was 20% lower that Lowes and Home Depot. BIG THUMBS UP!!!

He was crazy good. He was great and so knowledgeable. He was wonderful and I was so happy. He knew his product and what he was doing. He had high standards and so did the people who worked for him. His prices were very reasonable for what I was looking at. He blew me out of the water with his price. There were no hollow places in his tile. It was great work. He also said he could fix some of the problems with the sound that hollow tiles make. I would definitely use him again.

Called up Hailo Flooring and spoke with Kevin. I explained to Kevin that we were looking to have the carpet repaired. He came by to look at the project and gave us a quote. Within a few days they were back on-site to complete the job and did an excellent job with the repair. The guys were very polite and professional. The did an excellent job and I would absolutely call them back for additional work.

It was the first time I had used them. Their prices were very competitive and they had great customer service.
