My Garden room is an add-on, attached to the house, and had an aluminum roof (two sheets of processed aluminum with a solid foam fiber fill in between. A few weeks before I called Perry Roofing, we had the outside fo the house painted. At one point one of the workers was on the roof - a terra cotta tile roof. I asked the contractor why he was on the roof, and that he could break tiles, walking on them, which could cause a leak.
Sure enough. I called Perry Roofing, and they took care of the leak in no time with no fiddeling around. He didn't even answer his cell phone while he was working. My Dad had a number of extra tiles stored at the side of the garage, which he had seen, so he removed the broken tiles, while he was on the roof, examined the wood underneath and found no leakage, then came down and grabbed a few new tiles and put them in place. The broken tiles did not cause the leak, as I had thought, but I, otherwise, woulld not have called a roofing company. He really had no obligation ro replace the broken tiles, but like I said, they are very thogrough.I referred him to my neighbor and they were thrilled with Gordon Perry Roofing and have continued to call on them when necessary. I've have referred Perry Roofing to so many people, I cannot give an exact number. They have a fan for life as far as I'm concerned and am getting ready to call on them again to repair the fascia on the house..
My neighbor has no computer, so I cannot "share" with them on "Band of Neighbors."
Also, the exact date of service is not accurate because it was so long ago - it is just general.
We are very pleased with his professionalism. Gordon Perry is a gentleman.
