Had to ask them to come back three times after the initial job was ''completed.'' Even then, the job was not done right, but I was fed-up of haggling with them and feeling like a broken record listing the things that needed to be done over and over again to both the company rep and the guy actually heading up the work, so I just signed their contract of completion and did the necessary touch-ups myself, accepting the fact that they splattered paint all over a previously pristine roof-top sundeck floor and deck chair when they were called back to paint the other side of the stucco half-wall they had neglected to do the first time around. While Art was responsive to my requests that they return and do the job as specified in the initial estimate, it felt like pulling teeth to get them to do what turned out to be a less than reasonable job. I definitely had to babysit the work. The workers were very nice, but the lack of attention to craftsmanship was not worth the money or headache.
