EMPIRE FLOOR COVERING

The carpeting was good carpeting. When you got it they would install the next day. They don't do that now. Overall, a good experience based on a lousy commercial on TV. The work was just very good, I can't complain.

I've used them before and they just do really good work. It's holding up really nice. I had to have them come back out to fix the carpeting edge and they were out here right away. Should I need new flooring again, I wouldn't hesitate to contact them.

They do a lot of advertizing on TV. They always have specials on. They did a good job. We were real happy with what they did, they did it fast, and they did it in one day. We had them came out and the salesman came out and said what they could do, and they could send somebody the next day and have it done the same day. They did a good job. They brought their crew out and did stuff quick. We like people who are quick, and not hanging around the house. We had no complaints. We thought the price was fair. We called other places, and for them to come in and do it in one day was a good price. They came out the next day like they said, and nothing is falling apart. They were here like they told us. The salesman who came out here was very professional, and he gave us a good deal and said they could have a team out the next day. I paid them cash.

At first, I thought that they did a pretty good job. However, after I got a closer look at things, I didn't like what I saw. They left spots on my carpet and the salesman was not knowledgeable. When he came, I asked him could they put the vinyl on top of the old flooring and he told me it was possible. However, when the guys came to put the flooring down, they ripped the old floor out and the concrete dust got all over everything in my house. They didn’t cover anything and they didn't even tell me to cover up anything. When they did work on the bathrooms, they put all of my three bathrooms out of commission for a long time, which was really inconvenient for me. Furthermore, there were glue on the flooring and glue streaks on my shower and bathroom. They were supposed to be having a 70% off and I thought that was quite a deal, but I should've gotten more estimates from other companies to compare them.

GOOD, IT WAS GOOD. I DIDN'T HAVE TO CALL THEM OUT FOR ANYTHING, EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. GREAT, COULDN'T ASK FOR BETTER, AND QUICK. DONE IN ONE DAY, RIPPED OUT AND PUT BACK DOWN. TOOK ALL THE OLD CARPET WITH THEM, EVERYTHING. YOU COULDN'T BEAT IT.

IT WAS GOOD, IT WAS ABOUT SATISFACTORY. THEY CUT TWO ALARM WIRES, BUT THEY REPLACED THEM. THEY HAD A BILLING PROBLEM, BUT THEY FIXED IT TOO. AS LONG AS YOU FIX IT, IT'S GOOD.

THEY HAD A VERY VERSATILE SERVICE INCLUDING VERTICAL BLINDS AND HARD WOOD FLOORING. THE NEXT DAY SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND A HUGE SELLING POINT. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS AND HAD GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
