Bid was easy and excellent. Lots of choices and nice variety to choose from. I wanted solid core for sound reduction and was advised what would be meet my needs. Lots of casing choices.
Install has gone very well, install crew was early ( unusual in construction in my experience but very appreciated) they are hard working guys, doing great job, cleaning up as they go. Very happy with whole process and plan to have them replace front door at some time and maybe will have them do our window replacement also.

Since original review we have had DP doors replace all our windows and sliders. Again, huge help from Terry on what would suit our needs. Very responsive to budget and need for energy efficiency and fit for retrofit windows. 
The install crew was terrific  Each member of the install team worked hard and  wanted the best for our home. They left each day with area cleaned . The conversion of the window to a slider had seemed to be a problem for other companies i had bids with, no DP! They knew exactly what to do, how to do it and did the stucco cutting and installation also coordinating their work with my electrician who came while the wall was open to move electrical and install porch light. This project was a breeze for DP.
Can't speak more highly about them.
We will be using them again for a new front door when our budget allows.

Very well. They arrived on time and were very nice and respectful of us and our home. That means a lot to us. They didn't do anything until it was all checked out and we had our questions answered. The crew took down our blinds and replaced them after the windows were installed. They took one day for all the widows and took down the old ones and while replacing with the new windows they did not break anything or disturb anything inside or outside. The crew cleaned up after itself and were very quiet. When the crew came to replace the sliding door they arrived on time and stated the work with removing a very large slider being careful not to damage anything inside or outside. They reduced the size of the opening for the smaller French door and were very detailed and making sure that the new door was set correctly and that it closed well. After it settled we had them come back and adjust as they told us this might happen. When the door knob would not latch they set an appointment for the manufacturer to come and adjust the latch. They came out and fixed it and we love everything about our windows and door.

Excellent work- the crew cleaned up after they completed th job and we couldn't be happier.

It was my best home improvement experience ever!

everything went as anticipated. It was a pleasure working with this company. They kept me informed of the schedule regularly. They took pride in the quality of the install. I would definitely use them again.

A friend had used DP Door to have her sliding glass door replaced so I decided to give them a call. Their prices were comparable to the big box stores and the customer service was much better. Terry came to my house to measure for the sliding glass door and at my request, the windows as well. The crew worked very hard and were very efficient. They arrived on time, got to work and within a couple of hours I had a beautiful new sliding glass door. The price I paid was right on target with the estimate also. I was very happy with their work and plan to use them again to replace my windows.

Terry came to our house to measure the windows/doors for replacement. He was very personable and professional; he was on time and gave some options for the replacement. They ordered the windows and schedule for installations about 2-3 weeks after measuring. Unfortunately, they had to reschedule because of bad weather, they couldn’t do the installation while it was raining. When they arrived to perform the installation it was done in about 5 hours plus a lunch break. The two installers split up the work between the 2 sliders and the other 2 windows. They did a great job with the installation and cleaned up everything. It’s been about two months and everything they replaced is working great.

They are very professional, they cleaned up after themselves, and their craftsmanship is excellent. Everything lined up perfectly, as it should have and I'm very pleased.

BUSINESS IS WELL ESTABLISHED IN THIS AREA. SALES PEOPLE ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COURTEOUS, THEY GAVE US COMPLETE PRICES, BROKEN DOWN, GAVE US TIME ALONE TO DISCUSS PRIVATELY. VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THEY WERE DELIGHTFUL. THEY DID ALL THE THINGS THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO AND FOR THE PRICE FOR WHICH THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO IT. THEY ALSO DID IT IN A TIMELY MANNER.

THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB. THEY WERE SO TRUSTWORTHY YOU COULD LEAVE THEM A KEY. THEY COMPLETED THE INSTALLATION IN A TIMELY MANNER WITHOUT PROBLEMS. IT IS BEAUTIFUL.
