THE FIRST PLUMBER THAT WE CALLED OUT TO FIND OUT WHY THE HOT WATER RAN OUT SO QUICKLY DID A QUICK CHECK OF THE HOT WATER HEATER, WHICH WAS BRAND NEW. HE THEN LISTENED TO THE PIPES AND REALIZED THAT WE COULD HEAR WATER RUNNING EVEN WHEN NO FAUCETS WERE TURNED ON. THIS IS WHEN HE CAME BACK WITH A DETECTOR OF SOME SORT TO FIND LEAKS UNDER THE SLAB. HE FOUND THAT THE PIPE WAS LEAKING IN 7 DIFFERENT PLACES AND WAS ALMOST COMPLETELY BROKEN IN ONE PART. THEN A CREW CAME OUT AND JACK-HAMMERED OUR FLOOR TO REMOVE THE LEAKING PIPE. THE NEXT DAY THE LARGER CREW SHOWED UP TO RE-PIPE THE HOUSE. ALL OF THE REPIPING WAS DONE IN ONE DAY. THE DRYWALLERS CAME THE NEXT DAY TO PATCH AND PAINT HOLES IN THE WALL.
