I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE COMPANY. THEIR PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE AND THEY WERE QUICK TO ORDER AND INSTALL THE CARPET. THE COMPLETED JOB WAS DONE PERFECTLY AND QUICKLY. THE ROOM WAS LARGE AND THE CARPET WAS NOT WIDE ENOUGH, SO THEY HAD TO CUT THE CARPET A CERTAIN WAY, AND IT WAS CUT THE LEAST COSTLY WAY TO SAVE ME YARDAGE, WHICH THEREFORE SAVED ME MONEY.

CHOOSING THE CARPET WAS VERY EASY SINCE WE WERE ABLE TO BORROW SAMPLES OVERNIGHT. THE OWNER WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING IN STAYING AFTER HOURS TO MEET WITH ME. A WIDE VARIETY OF CARPETS WERE AVAILABLE. THE INSTALLERS, HOWEVER, DID NOT DO SUCH A GOOD JOB AND WE STILL HAVE A PROBLEM ON THE STAIRCASE, WHICH HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY FRIENDLY, AND VERY HELPFUL. THEY CAME TO MY HOME TO MATCH COLORS, AND STYLES. THEY DID THE MEASURING, AND THAT IS JUST WHAT I NEEDED BECAUSE I WAS FEELING STRESSED OUT ABOUT THE DECISION. THEY INSTALLED THE TILE VERY PROFESSIONALLY, AND I WAS HAPPY WITH THE JOB.
