He recommended the termite service that I used which turned out well for me. I've used him off and on every 6 months or so. I'll call and ask him a question what we should do with the house and what's the best way to sell the house. In October when I called him and asked him about a good termite company he actually came out with the company when they did the inspection and estimate. He's also a building inspector and notorary. I've been having the most conversations with and I will be doing business with him when we put the house on the market.
