Navid and his son Davin showed up right on time, introduced themselves and shook my hand.  They got right to work and did a beautiful job.  They were both very courteous and professional.  No hidden costs.  Quoted me a price over the phone and that was what I paid.  Family run business.  No pressure sales.  I will use them again in the future.

The entire process went very well from start-to-finish.   Navid called us the day before our appointment to reconfirm the date, time and location.  He and his son Devin were extremely punctual and showed up right on time.  Navid explained the entire procedure to us before assisting with moving the larger pieces of furniture out of the way.  He has a new carpet cleaning machine that I have not previously seen before.  After his son pre-treats the carpets with a sprayed on solution, Navid follows with the carpet cleaning machine that cleanses the carpet before removing anything that is not part of the carpet itself.   The machines he used were professional grade and not something you could rent on your own for a do-it-yourself type of carpet cleaning adventure.

The entire process took approximately one hour and 45 minutes.   After they were done, my wife and I could immediately see the difference in our carpets.  The cleansing machine removed most of the moisture from the carpets, but they remained damp to touch for approximately 3 hours afterwards.  (Note:  It was a brisk day temperature wise, so after they left we closed the windows and turned the thermostat up to 75'F.  The carpets were totally dry within 4 to 5 hours).   Before leaving, Navid offered to replace our furniture back to its original locations with small plastic squares under each leg, etc.  We opted to let the carpets dry until we moved the furniture back on our own.

Navid can accept credit cards so payment was quick and efficient.   We now plan to have our carpets professionally cleaned at least once every year by D MAXX CLEAN. 

Navid also informed us that he has been cleaning carpets for the past 20 years and has been a resident of Rancho Cucamonga for almost 30 years.   If you are interested in supporting a local small business while at the same time receiving a highly professional carpet cleaning of your home, then Navid and his son are who you should call.   My wife and I strongly recommend D MAXX CLEAN to all area residents, without any concerns whatsoever.  We got what we paid for and are extremely satisfied with the results !!
