house painters
 + -1 moreThe owner showed up on time for the estimate. His painter then showed up on time as scheduled. The job took about 15 hours. over a two day period. Both owner and painter were polite and professional. The painter covered and taped the entire floor of the patio. It was a very clean job, and no paint drippings were seen anywhere afterwards, nor did I find any missing spots or problem areas. This is the second time I used Chris Painting. They painted several rooms and a bathroom cabinet inside the same house 7 years ago. That job was somewhat larges and required several painters. My experience then was excellent, and that was the reason I used him again this time.
Description of Work: Painted all exterior wood trim Including the fascia of the eaves & gutters (190 feet), 6 gutter downspouts, wood trim around two garage doors, underside of 20'x14' patio, 4 wrought iron gates. Power washed everything. Sanded some of the downspouts, and scraped a few places where the wood peeling or loose. Calked and patched where necessary. Used Dunn Edwards brand latex paint on everything except for oil based paint on the wrought iron and downspouts. Applied paint by rolling and brushing-no spray painting.
