I had been shopping around for the BEST rat exterminator I could find. A reasonably priced company that could eliminate the problem that wasn’t letting me sleep. I needed my sleep and the noise in the attic was getting louder and worse fast. I had several companies come out so I can compare service and prices. From the moment I called Centerpoint, Diana was very helpful and friendly. Great customer service. She answered all of my questions and explained how the process worked so I scheduled a free inspection. I already had some other companies come out but when Wayne got here he was awesome. Very professional, compassionate and I felt he was more honest than the other technicians that had been here. Some of the other companies took a while to even send me an estimate so when he explained the process thoroughly and gave me an estimate & guarantee (price matching my best offer & guarantee) right then and there I was sold. I am so happy I went with them. Wayne is amazing. He did an excellent job going above and beyond with successful results. I can sleep again thanks to him! I am so very happy I went with Centerpoint. They were thorough and explained everything about the process for rat proofing our house. But, most importantly, they caught the rat and now I can sleep soundly again.

He was very very thorough. He found all the holes where the rats were coming in. Set traps but non went off because they couldn't get back in the house anymore. No more signs of rats anywhere. No droppings, no scratching up in the attic. The house doesn't smell anymore. We are incredibly satisfied with this service.

I moved to the Inland Empire almost 20 years ago. Every summer my home and yard were overrun with ants. Since Wayne and Centerpoint were originally hired to eliminate rats in our attic- which they did; I was pleasantly surprised that I have also been ant-free during the summer for the first time ever! I have happily kept Centerpoint on a monthly basis. They are reasonably priced, and extremely efficient at pest eradication..

I hired Wayne Johnson, after I stepped in a giant ant hill in my from yard, and received over 150 painful bites on my feet. I had never used a pest control service, or even any chemical to kill insects in my home, and I have been here over 25 years. Wayne listened as I showed him the problem area in the front yard. He treated the area and came back to spot treat when I called him and told him most of the problem was taken care of, but there were a few stragglers hanging around. I would highly recommend this service to others. I will use this service in the future, should there be a need.
