 + -1 moreI found Trina at Caliber after issues with my last management company. I have been with Caliber since 2012 and couldn't be happier. Trina is super responsive to any email or call. Also, I deal with one person, I don't get someone unfamiliar every time I call. Trina gives great advise too, like how much to price rent at to what to do when a tenant is late on payment. Also, she has a team of professional that know what they are doing and don't rip you off, I have used several for my own home. Overall I would highly recommend.
Description of Work: Caliber Property Management manages every aspect of my rental property. From finding and screening tenants, dealing with tenant issues, and collecting rent.

Description of Work: Manages my commercial property for 15 + years. Has done an outstanding job! Very diligent and responsive! Excellent financial reporting and cares for my best interest! 24,000 square feet with 14 units. Has dealt with all situations in a very professional manner!
