+ -1 moreTHE ASHTON PEOPLE ARE NO VERY SPEEDY. IT TOOK OVER A MONTH JUST TO GET SOMEONE TO COME OUT TO INSPECT THE DOOR, THEN ANOTHER MONTH TO TAKE IT OUT FOR REPAIR. THE DAMAGE IN THE DOOR TOOK PLACE 2 MONTHS AFTER THE MANUFACTURER WARRANTY EXPIRED, BUT THEY FIXED IT FOR FREE. THE REP. DID TELL ME THAT THIS HAPPENS 30% OF THE TIME. OUR DOOR DOES NOT SHUT PROPERLY NOW.
Description of Work: OUR DOOR DEVELOPED A LARGE CRACK DOWN THE CENTER, AND ASHTON CAME OUT, AND INSPECTED IT. ABOUT 6 WEEKS LATER, THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT WHO INSTALLED A TEMPORARY DOOR, AND TOOK THE OLD ONE TO THE FACTORY FOR REPAIR. THEY RETURNED OUR ORIGINAL DOOR 2 WEEKS LATER.
