They were very good, and they did a great job. The cost and quality of work stood out.

AQHI came recommended from my contractor for an HVAC system upgrade. I needed to have the asbestos boots in my attic removed before the rest of the work in the attic could start. I called a couple other asbestos abatement companies and AQHI actually came in cheaper. They were easy to deal with over the phone. I had called several times to switch days because my contractor keep pushing my start date. It was never a problem rescheduling and AQHI came out and did the work as expected and on time. About a month later I received the notice from the city that the asbestos boots were disposed of properly and I got an official certificate from AQHI. This was probably the easiest part of my entire HVAC remodel! I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I've been dealing mostly with Jason, one of their technicians. He's was very nice over the phone and quoted me $950 over the phone, which I then made an appointment for them to remove the duct work in the attic. After the calls over the phone, things went downhill.
On the day of the job, their technicians arrived more than 2 hours after their stated time. Very inconsiderate and no phone call was made to notify us. They completed the job, but did not remove all biohazard supplies nor leave our home the way they found it. They left tape on our air vents and left a biohazard mask in one of our bathrooms. Very hazardous considering they were removing asbestos! Additionally, when it was time to paid, the workers quoted the job for $1000, even though I had verbal confirmation that it was $950 from Jason. It was only $50 more, but it was the principal of the matter. In the end, $950 was paid, but if we were to do it all over again, I would pass on using their services.

Contacted AQMI for a price and was quickly given a set price over the phone. Set up a date and time for their 2 man crew to come out. It rained heavily the morning the crew was scheduled to arrived and they still arrived on time. The foreman explained the entire process and took all of the required safety precautions. They quickly removed the ducts and debris by taking it out through a crawl hole which made for a very neat and clean job. In about 2 hours the job was completed and they left the basement in immaculate condition.

They came, they saw, they rocked, they left no trail, and hit it. Wham bam, done deal. Good deal! The crew was on time, polite, respectful, clean, and price was equal to competitors. I chose AQHI because they we're accommodating to my schedule and priced competitively.

They taped up all my vents and removed all that we asked them to do.
They offered a Certificate of Completion which was very formal.
If you want them to remove the Duct Work (Vent Piping) for the purposing of installing new work, you must say so when you setup the appointment.
Apparently they must make disposal special disposal arrangements and they might charge you if you don't.

They worked efficiently and cleanly. They taped off all ducts, sealed their work area from the rest of the house with plastic sheeting
and tape. and removed waste material from the home wrapped in plastic from the sealed-off area . The waste materials were stored for a short time in the back yard, but were picked up for disposal on the same day. My B grade reflects the fact that a taped duct cover in the attic was not removed when they left, which led to an inability to restart the furnace on the evening of the 21st. This necessitated
a long trouble-shooting procedure by the Everlast crew that installed the new insulation, and it left me at home, too tired to drive,
during a time period when it had been recommended that I stay out of my home for three hours while my furnace fan ran.

Very straight forward - described job, received quote. Scheduled removal (a 2 day job); workers came, sealed off house, removed tiles and disposed of. Walked me through at end of job. I paid cash for an additional discount.

They were subcontracted by my duct work guy. They came on time as scheduled and did the work but in the process, ended up driving over my sprinklers in my front yard and didn't even bother to notify me. When I called their offices, I got the run around until after 5pm when their owner finally called me back and said they would send someone to fix it. I found this to be unacceptable because they are asbestos removers, not gardeners or sprinkler repair people. The other thing that was very unprofessional was that when they were done with the job, they were in such a hurry to leave that they would not even wait 5mins for someone to come back to the house. They left my house completely unlocked and unprotected because they would not even wait 5 minutes!!

I CONTACTED AQHI MONDAY MORNING AND THEY WERE ABLE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO COME OUT ON TUESDAY THE VERY NEXT DAY. AFTER CALLING AT LEAST 8 DIFFERENT COMPANIES THEY GAVE ME THE LOWEST ESTIMATE AT THE EARLIEST APPOINTMENT. THEY CAME IN ON TIME, DID THE WORK IN TWO HOURS AS QUOTED, AND GAVE ME A CASH DISCOUNT. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE.

THE CREW WAS READY AND QUICK TO REMOVE THE DANGEROUS SUBSTANCE FROM THE CLOSET AND PROPERTY. THEY DID THIS NEATLY AND CAREFULLY, MAKING SURE THEY DID NOT CONTAMINATE OTHERS OR OTHER AREAS IN THE HOUSE.
