He was excellent. He did a lot of work for me. I used him in February as well. He was recommended to me by my neighbor a year and a half ago for some electrical work and he did an excellent job on that. He was honest and straight forward. He was pricey and not cheap but he was worth the price. He could be on the cart but I felt that he was worth the price as I was getting my money's worth.

This repair involved a home-insurance claim. We submitted the claim in September 2010 to the insurance company. The insurance company sent out an adjuster and a plumber to assess the damage. The insurance company subsequently denied our claim, stating that the damage was "old damage" due to the result of leakage of water over a long period of time through the grout and tile, and therefore, not covered. Mr. Grae Albaugh was contacted in November 2010, to perform assessment and repair work. Mr Albaugh did a stopper test, and observed for 24 hours to identify the source of the leak. His findings were conclusive, the damage was the result of water leakage caused by the failure of the shower pan. In this manner it was determined that the damage was recent. In January 2011,after the completion of his work Mr. Albaugh provided a written statement to the home insurance company in this regard. The final result is that we were paid by the home insurance company (minus our deductible) in February 2011.

Excellent work. We were overall vey satisfied. Mr Grae Albaugh discovered the problem of our hall closet cabinet needing repair, and he was able to correct the problem within one day. Mr. Grae Albaugh was recommended by our neighbor regarding installing light fixtures, and general contracting, we feel he should be recommended to all our neighbors.
