Description of Work: Our thermostat was not working during a cold spell. I called Airdyne Mechanical and a technician was at our site within an hour. He diagnosed the problem but had to order a part before he could fix it. However, he was able to safely bypass the problem area so that we could turn on the power and heat our building. When the part arrived a few days later he came back and installed it.
