Action Plumbing

They wouldn't give me an estimate which is generally a bad sign. The further the job went the more problems they discovered which is to be expected with 40-50 year old plumbing but it felt a little shady that I didn't get an estimate and now all of these other problems where adding up. After they finished the initial repair I went under the house to check out the work they had done, and It leaked worse then the original problem. They mentioned over and over how their work was guaranteed for life but when I called to have them come back to repair their repair it suddenly became harder to get someone to come out. Finally the owner of the company came over and told me he needed to knock a hole through my outside wall to fix a leak in a pipe they were supposed to have already fixed. When I proved that the leak was from a poor repair they had made and not from a busted pipe, they did the repair and left, leaving behind all of the old pipes they replaced under the house, all the trash left over from the repairs, an open trench under my house they didn't back fill, some of their tools and even half a sandwich and a soda can from lunch! If I hadn't gone down there to check the work they had done, all of that junk would still be under my house and the leak would be worse then ever. Needless to say it was not the best experience.

Anthony responded very quickly to my call for service because the hot water heater was leaking in our garage.  He came out within 2 hours, was very thorough researching what the problem could have been, gave me the possible options, and eventually carried out the work.  He was very professional, and even addressed another plumbing issue inside of our house because he was able to do it quickly.  I am very pleased that the work was able to be accomplished very quickly, and at a very reasonable rate.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Action Plumbing to anyone.
