Paid $100 for diagnosis, took him 10 minutes. Received $385 estimate to change out drain hose, less the $100 already paid. Seemed excessive, so asked how many hours labor was required. Their fees are all based upon “flat rates”, not actual time spent. While this is apparently not unusual, be very aware of companies labor policies before having them come out. Needless to say, did not want to put almost $400 into repairing a 13 year old dishwasher.

I think you may have us confused with ( Information Removed ) which acronym is AARS.. I looked through My records and I can't find where we did a service call for you? Also we only charge $ 59.00 for our service call and I know they charge $ 100.00 . And we would never charge you a price like that to change out a drain hose, much less let you put $400.00 in to a unit that was 13yrs old. If it was actually a $ 400.00 repair on a unit that old I would have insisted your money would have been better spent on a new unit!! your service experience fits ( Information Removed )Pricing structure not, Ours. Replaced ring around the door. I asked for him to clean out the exhaust line, was told that it was done. 2 weeks later the dryer failed. Purchased new unit, and noticed that the exhaust pipe was totally blocked.

Craig is one of the most ethical people my husband and I have ever met. His service fee was half the price of his competitors and he came back to check to make sure everything was working. He was the only one that would give me a quote before he came out and texted me several times the day of the service to let me know his arrival time. He is basically a nice person who cares more about the job being done well and his customer being happy than many other repair companies we've used.

Repair was quick and easy! Craig was extremely pleasant to work with. It took about a week for them to follow up after my initial Voicemail; upon leaving a second Voicemail, Craig called me back the next day. I just attribute this to a busy schedule for AARS.

I called after hours about my dishwasher that was not draining. Craig called me back the next morning and fit me into his schedule on short notice. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes and fixed the problem in 5 minutes. He saved me the cost of purchasing a brand new appliance. It doesn't get any better than that.
