It went FANTASTIC. First the owner, Eric is an excellent communicator. He let me know exactly where we were with start dates and times - The crew was exactly on time and began the work as promised. They were exceptionally professional and friendly. they did exactly as promised and cleaned up after themselves (and us) promptly - They even hauled away some of our debris from stucco repair. They were done in 2 days as promised. I can't possibly say enough good things about this company.
The best part for me, as I know nothing about roofs and there is not a "Man" around to help me make decisions, Eric gave me literature on the products he was going to use so I could do my own research AND he was a phone call away when I had any questions. He was NOT condescending as many men in the trades are with women. He treated me like family. It is apparent from the first phone call that he takes pride in his trade and is committed to producing a quality product ? Will always use this company in the future
I AM SATIFIED WITH THE INSPECTION. THE CONTRACTOR STATED I NEEDED A NEW ROOF FOR MY ENTIRE HOME AND GAVE ME A QUOTE FOR $10,400.00. THE CONTRACTOR SUPPLIED ME WITH 2 PICTURES OF MY FLAT ROOF AN OWENS CORNING OAKRIDGE SHINGLES SAMPLES. THE CONTRACTOR STATED I REALLY NEEDED TO REPLACE MY ENTIRE ROOF. I AM NOT SURE IF MY ENTIRE ROOF NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. MY FLAT ROOF APPEARS TO HAVE DAMAGE BUT I SEE LITLLE DAMAGE ON ROOF THAT IS ON AN ANGLE. I DID THE VERIFICATION OF DAMAGE BY MYSELF. MY WIFE, WHEN SHE IS ABLE WILL ALSO INSPECT OUR ROOF AND THEN WE WILL MAKE A DECISION ABOUT OUR ROOF. THE CONTRACTOR HAS AN A RATING ON ANGIES LIST. THE CONTRACTOR STATED HE DOES HIS OWN WORK (NO SUB-CONTRACTORS) AND HE HAS GOOD REVIEWS ON ANGIES LIST. WE WILL CONSIDER HIM SERIOUSLY WHEN WE DECIDE TO REPLACE OUR ROOF. WE WANT A JOB BASED ON QUALITY - NOT STRICTLY BASED ON PRICE.
"Did respond ! Many times thanks for the review"
I really like that this company takes pictures to show you before after. Other places just crawl around on the roof and come down to describe a bunch of stuff that I had no idea if they were truthful.
He had a set price for our roof, and stated that he would be replacing any wood that he found to be affected by rot or termite damage. This included facia and joists as necessary. We signed a contract, but he did not require us to provide anything upfront. We scheduled a date near the end of January, weather permitting. Then a few days before the date he was going to come, he contacted me to push back one week due to a weather delay for the previous job. The day before the job was to start, he contacted us again and stated that he would have to delay at least another week because there was a chance of rain on the Tuesday of the project. Looking at the weather reports, there wasn't anything forecasted, but we agreed. It was dry Monday, but it poured on Tuesday - wow!
Eric had stated that the construction would start at 7:30 am. The day that they were to start, the doorbell rang exactly at 7:30 AM.
His crew was courteous and very fast. The roof was stripped on monday, tuesday they weren't there because the supplies were going to be delivered later than expected. On Wednesday, his crew was back at 7:30 am and immediately started to replace boards that needed to be replaced. On Thursday, they placed the roofing material and completed the task of covering the roof.
They cleaned up and hauled away all debris - almost like they had never been there.
I would highly recommend them for the work they did.
One word of advice, if you are having your roof replaced over your garage, you need to remember to cover everything. Removing a roof will cause stuff to drop from the roof, and that cannot be helped. Covering your items will help keep the dirt off of your possessions.
The price was right, the work was done on time and at the agreed price. Very good work - thank you.
The owner, Eric Russell came to my house personally to assess damages. He explained the details of the damage and suggested plan of action need. The repairs were done on time and without need of being present. The roofers were precise and did not cease until the repairs were complete. No mess left behind, the repair was well done and neat. I will plan on using this roofing services again in the near future.
