We had West Coast come in to clean our carpets along with a chair and couch. The carpet is an estimated 12 years old (based on age of the house) and we had just moved in recently. The carpet itself was physically ok, just matted down from traffic. When West Coast was done with the carpets, besides smelling fresh and clean, the carpet pile was totally restored and literally has made the carpet look brand new.
The only negative I found is my wife was home while the carpets were being cleaned and I was not able to show up until the very end as they were getting ready to leave. I noticed after they left that the dining table had not been moved and I wish they had asked for some help to move it or something because when we moved the table to set up for a dinner party it was very obvious that the carpet in the middle of the room where the table normally sits had not been cleaned.

We were really happy with him. He has been coming out to my fiancand eacute;'s house for several years. I just happened to be here the last 2 times he came. He does an excellent job. We called him one day and he was able to arrange a schedule and squeeze us in about 2 days later. We really appreciated that. We have a pet that had concerns and there were stains in the rug. He was able to do a really good job on that. It was great. His price was very good and very reasonable. I think the price was for 4 rooms, but I don't really remember. We like him.

They did a really good job. The equipment they used was called dry master and it actually leaves the carpet dry. The owner was very efficient and punctual. He does a really good job. I highly recommend them.

I am very happy with the job. Sean was very professional, almost more of a perfectionist than I am. After packing everything up, he decided that a small area from the kitchen to the dining room just wasn't good enough. He got the equipment out of the truck and made it right. I immediately recommended him to my mother.

Sean has done our carpets for about 10 years. He is great! We have three young boys, two dogs and a cat so you can imagine the status of our carpets. Sean responds quickly to messages left for him and is usually able to fit us into his schedule pretty quickly. I highly recommend him.

I THOUGHT THAT THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY IMPRESSED ME WITH THEIR SKILLS, THEY WERE ABLE TO GET RID OF ALL OF THE STAINS. THEY SHOW UP ON TIME AND THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY.
