Ray came out and measured the whole area and said we would need a moisture barrier as water ran under the garage floor to the street. He displayed the different color choices. He then gave us a price. The next day two men- Justin and his helper came and started all the prep work. They were there all day. At the end of the day, they spread the paint and speckles. They came back the next morning and sealed the floor and did a great clean up of the area. We love the look and the safety of the non slip flooring. They included our garage steps in the process. We would recommend them to others- a great ob!

THE TRUCK ARRIVED ON TIME. I SHOWED THE THREE INSTALLERS THE GARAGE.
FROM THEN ON IT WAS A NIGHTMARE AS LEAD GUY, FRANK, DID NOTHING BUT COMPLAIN AND MAKE AN UNPLESANT SITUATION.SOME UPPER CABINETS DID NOT FIT CORRECTLY AND HAD TO BE REWORKED. NO PROBLEM. AFTER THE INSTALLERS LEFT AND I RE-CLEANED THE GARAGE. I NOTICE CABINET SHELFS DID NOT FIT CORRECTLY, CABINET BASES WERE NOT EQUALLY SPACED AND A FEW OTHER ISSUES I INTENDED TO ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING WEEK WHEN THEY RETURNED TO FINISH.
I CALLED WERE ORGANIZED AND REQUESTED THE DO NOT SEND THEIR GUY, FRANK BACK.
UNFORTUNATLY, IT WAS THE SAME CREW. I ATTEMPTED TO ADDRESS MY ISSUES WITH THE PRIOR INSTALL. FRANK CUT ME OFF AND, IN SO MANY WORDS, TOLD ME " TO SUT UP AND LISTEN, I'M ONLY HERE TO INSTALL THESE UPPER CABINETS ! ! " WORDS WERE EXCHANGED, THEY GOT IN THE TRUCK AND DROVE OFF !
THREE CALLS TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER, JOE, HAVE GONE UNANSERED.
BY THE WAY, 10 DAYS LATER, THEY DID SEND A DIFFERENT CREW OUT. FINISH THE INSTALL. AND, ADDRESS MY ISSUES. THANK YOU TO THEM.
BOTTOM LINE : I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

"The following is the response given to the Better Business Bureau from the company We're Organized: "Although our company has installed more than 35,000 homes, once in a great while we experience a mishap such as in this case. While we graciously try to resolve any and all unsatisfactory situations, we have obviously missed the mark for this customer. After reviewing as many facts as we can learn, it would appear to us there were mistakes made by our installer as well as expectation unmentioned by the customer. After 26 years of serving the public, we have learned even as hard as we try, we will always find someone who will not be satisfied with out performance. We will reach out to this customer and make every attempt to satisfy their concerns stated." In response, the complaint on record was rectified in the following statement made by the customer: "Final Consumer Response: E: IN RESPONSE TO M COMPLAINT. ON OCTOBER 22, 2013 I RECEIVED A RESPONSE FROM WERE ORGANIZED. IN TURN, THEY REFUNDED ME THE INSTALLATION FEE FOR THE CABINETS. I AM SATISFIED AND, WISH TO CLOSE THIS MATTER WITH YOU." THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, & WERE VERY FRIENDLY & PROFESSIONAL. THEY LISTENED TO WHAT WE WANTED & MADE VERY HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS VERY FAIR.
