Description of Work: Excellent work at a fair price. They handle Audi, BMW, VW. My A4 Audi needed its regular service, which was performed on schedule and with high quality. I have scheduled additional work because I am very pleased with their work.

+ -1 moreWalter Ford and his crew are first rate! They are responsive, friendly, and quite well informed. Valley Motorwers was taking over for my prior, very knowledgeable BMW mechanic for ongoing maintenance. They correctly identified two additional (not serious) problems with my car which I will fix shortly. Pricing for their work was very fair and in line with other Sacramento independent BMW shops. The service was prompt and the car was ready for pick up on time. If you have a BMW in Sac, this is a great place for your car!

+ -1 moreI took my car in to have it inspected before the warranty expired. I also talked to them about a problem I had had with my clutch since the time I bought the car and they knew immediately what the problem was and were able to fix it. It is a BMW and this problem is well known, although BMW refuses to acknowledge it is a problem. The car now drives like a BMW should. I was seriously considering replacing the car, but now I am happy with it, I just wish I would have found the solution sooner. The shop only works on BMWs, so they know their stuff.
