They were great to work with. I had to go to their office to work with the designer and determine finishes and all the trim details (so many!). The installation was four pieces. They also had to ensure they were attached in such a way that they would not fall in an earthquake. It was remarkable to watch them. Ultimate professionals.

After we visited the showroom, James came to our house and discussed the cabinet we wanted. We decided on the wood and the exact placement of the cabinet and James provided a very reasonable bid. We were told that it would take a couple of weeks and that we would be called to make a date for installation. That day of installation was even better. The installer arrived on time and easily installed a beautiful cabinet that was exactly as we hoped. The install was very quick, and the job included an excellent job of cleaning up after the install. We had also asked about a piece of trim molding in the kitchen and had been told that the installer would replace the missing piece. To our surprise, instead of replacing the small piece that was missing, the installer offered to replace the whole piece of molding, so that the match would be better. This extra piece of service was a delight to my wife, who appreciates well matched wood, and wonderful to me, as it made my wife happy and did not cost extra.
